hello guys
I have trouble determining if the data is different in spread, location, both or neither, can someone explain to me what it is and why it is?

Thanks

The spread is the variability in the data, i.e. the wider the data, the more spread it is and vice versa.
The location would likely refer to where the bulk of the data is or where the mean/ median of the data is (probably the latter).
Best advice I can give to you is to mentally overlay the data and see if it shifts or is wider/ narrower significantly. If that fails, assess the bars according to their placement away from zero via the dashes and their height. If they appear roughly the same in width and placement (i.e. centre of data is approximately the same), then it'll be "neither".

Hope that helps.
