Why is the molar volume of different gases different at the same temperature and pressure?

It is?

If you mean that there is slight differences, then it is because not all gases are "ideal" gases (i.e. they are real gases), which affects their volume at a specified temperature and pressure (e.g. due to intermolecular forces).
