Say if your doing 4 paragraph all together, (intro, conclusion, similarities and differences) and your doing crucible and years of wonders, how many quotes should we have for body paragraph 2 (similarities) and bp3 (differences)?

Should we have 2 quotes(one from crucible and one from years of wonders)  in bp2 and bp3?

Hello!

Two for each text within one body paragraph is definitely enough, although if you could integrate a few more good quotes, that is always a bonus :)

However, since you’re only planning to do two body paragraphs, I’m assuming your paragraphs are going to be rather long. If you only have four quotes per paragraph, it might seem a bit lacking in quotes.,So in that case, maybe aim for at least three per text?

This might be a bit irrelevant but I’m just wondering whether having four paragraphs in total is a good idea? Because comparative text response explores two texts, there’s quite a bit to write about. That means your two body paragraphs might be quite long and might be at risk of having a mix of ideas which could get a bit messy. Also, I think having more body paragraphs might make it easier to clearly show your ideas/arguments. Nevertheless, this is just my opinion - if you tried out your structure and it works, go for it.
