odds on crime question?

They did last year for bail, and the English exams have been getting more specific the last few years - I wouldn't rule it out (though maybe not juries, there isn't a heap there). Maybe defences to murder? :)

because they didn't specify the 'criminal investigation process' with last year's question but rather gave a quote that let you explore the whole criminal justice system as long as you wrote about bail, could they specify criminal investigation process again?

if the extended response is about defences to murder or something specific like that i'm genuinely going to cry

i mean, they could, nothing is stopping them, but i don't think they will...it's been asked many times. I'll be happy if they do, at least it isn't a curve ball
