Second Derivatives

Hi
I was just wondering if you’re allowed to use second derivatives in methods?
2018: Physics [45]  & Methods [43]
2019 Specialist,  English, Algorithmics & UMEP

You're allowed to, but using a sign table may mean you're more likely to at least get working marks if you get the wrong answer.
