legal options essay - question

Hey Guys,
do you think we can use contemporary issues in essay questions talking about how family/world order has been effective with its legal and non legal responses for example?
and do you reckon if we know our contemporary issues we are good??

Hi!

Yep, that's fine. As long as you remember that evaluating legal/non-legal responses is the basis of your essay :-) And no, I wouldn't recommend just learning your contemporary issues because the main section of the syllabus has a lot of evidence you could use in your contemporary issues essay, and vice versa. There aren't many shortcuts in Legal, unfortunately!
