Hi there!
I'm a little confused with Australia's industrial relations system. This is what i understood:

- We currently have a system that is decentralised with some centralised components, that covers 71% of employed people. The people under this system are under the FWA. This system consists of three wage determination methods: industrial awards, collective agreements and individual agreements.
- The centralised components of this system are the modern awards, minimum wage and the national employment standards.
- The minimum wage and national employment standards apply to not only this 71% but to everyone.

Am i understanding it right?
Thanks!
