Hi guys,

Here we go, business management exam is finally done!!!!!!!!!!! Just by curiosity how did you go with the question where we had to include a case study studies during the year? What did you pick? :):):):)

CEO Brad Baduci showed leadership through:
-Being informational by communicating the need and effect of change
-Making descions such as the introduction of new self-service technology- he was able to weigh up the pros and cons effectively
-Displayed interpersonal skills through showing a sense of concern towards employees whom are forced to move into other areas within woolwoths as a result of new technology or lost their job as a result of cost reduction strategies.

Also mentioned that he displayed confidence in the change through providing employees at Woolworths with a sense of direction + he maintained the momentum of the change
