Which part of bearings and contour maps do you need help with?

Do you just want a general explanation or do you have a few questions in mind?

Is it a particular question? If so, post it up here so that people might know what it is?

I think she means in general, because in our book the questions aren't really varied. You have to understand contours/bearings in GENERAL to be able to do them, i.e. there aren't different "parts".

But yeah, any advice would be useful! I too am terrible with them. It's like a geography lesson =.=*

Hmm well all I can think of is to be really precise - like double check your diagrams. Often you'll need to apply angle laws - corresponding law, alternate angle law, etc. Usually you also need cos rule/sin rule to find an angle. I think it's just heaps of practice. I was a bit shaky on them too because my SAC on it was 3 days after midyears and being the time organised person I am, I didn't finish the chapter until the night before :P

But yeah, some of the questions can be weird - triangulation etc.
