Exam Mess - how much does it matter?

Hey History buffs!

I was averaging 99% in SACs year with a fairly strong cohort, 2nd rank out of 50 (very strong #1 who will likely get close to 50). However I really feel I kinda stuffed the exam, probably 52-55/80? Does anyone know whether my SACs will still be able to land me a 40s score, given the graded distributions consistently have my predicted range as an A? Also I only included a single quote in my essay, - will historigraphy and evidence be able to cover that to a degree?

Hey there :) It's hard to say year to year as it depends how the rest of the state has performed and how your SACs are moderated. Usually, from my knowledge, you need to score an A+ on the exam to score in the 40s.

It's easier said than done but my advice would be to forget about it until results are released! There's nothing you can do to change things now, and you never know whether you're being too hard on yourself. Just relax and enjoy your time off :)
