Hi just wondering what are the four principle roles of Victoria Legal Aid?? :)

I know that one of the principal roles for vla u need to know is that it provides free legal assistance, advice and information to those who would otherwise be financially incapable of accessing legal support

this is what i know for the 3 main roles:
-provide legal aid in the most efficient, economic and effective manner
-manage its resources to make legal aid available at a reasonable cost to the community and on an equitable basis throughout victoria
-provide the community with improved access to justice and legal remedies
