Help finding percentage using standard score

In the picture, it tells us that her standardised score, z=-1, and finished in the bottom 16%

I know how to find the standardised score but I don’t know how they got the 16% bit.

If anyone could help, tysm

68-95-99.7 rule.
A Z score of -1 means it is one standard deviation away from the Mean on the left side.
This diagram may be of use.
