What're the rules concerning dictionaries? Obviously no annotations, tabs etc... but what about the acual content?

VCAA website just states:

"Approved materials and equipment:
An English and/or bilingual printed dictionary is allowed in the examination."

To me that means a completely unmarked commercial dictionary.
