Maybe before you sleep do something that takes your mind off the exam, like playing a game or watching tv, then make your room pitch black when you sleep. Also have everything prepared the night before, such as stationery, alarm clocks etc. so you won't go to sleep with stuff on your mind.

Also, I find that concentrating on deep breathing (focusing on the air filling your entire diaphragm and expanding your stomach) is really good. If that isn't doing the trick, then just say a positive mantra with each breath, one that I use is:

"I can do what I need to do, to go where I want to go"

Remember, the VCE is just a doorway. There might be a bit of push and shove at the start - but everyone gets through it. Then it's just a joyful journey through the rest of life! :)

OMG, sorry to ruin the mood, but i was studying, and fell asleep for 3-4 hours just then =(, wasted study time

Anyway, I don't wanna dampen the mood
