Le Chatelier's Principle: number of gas particles

Hello,

Could someone please confirm these statements as true or false please?
1. an equilibrium system will respond to an increase in pressure by adjusting to move in the direction of fewest gas particles.
2. an equilibrium system will respond to a decrease in pressure by adjusting to move in the direction of most gas particles.
3. If number of gas particles is equal, change in pressure won't shift the position of equilibrium.

I know the first is true because that's what the textbook said, so I implied the other 2 statements, I assume they are true I can't see a reason why not
