Here are some of mine:

Pros
-Help people with disability to lead a normal life
-Promotes equality (as NDIS is not income tested)- provides fair access to all eligible
-Helps those with disability gain meaningful employment, which inturn helps the nation as a whole

Cons
-Due not being income tested it can be costly on the econmy
-Puts strain on the healthcare system, as multiple allied health professionals (i.e. ocupational therapists, physios ect) are involved in establishing the individualised action plan
-Does not foster equity- giving those in less fortunate position the resources they need to live a healthier life. Fostering equaiity means everyone gets te same, despite some being of high SES and other relying of governmnets payments.
