getting healthy and feeling better in semester two

Day Fifteen
1. To drink 1.5-2L of water a day.
Tick.
2. To exercise daily: bike-rides, stretching, core workouts ect.
Yep! Two short workout videos.
3. To spend a little more time outside, being creative and reading.
Outside: Went on a short wander.
Creativity: Decorated a card.
Reading: Read before bed. (ATM it's "Release" by Patrick Ness.)
4. To stop snacking after dinner.
My sister and I played board games and ate chocolate all evening.
5. To cut out all lollies. (My go-to comfort food.)
Nope. (see above)
6. To wear my retainer every night.
Tick.
7. To take off my makeup more and take better care of my skin.
Tick.
8. To read a bible passage each day.
Tick.
9. To stop going on my phone or any other technology in my bed.
Nope, but hoping to get back on track tomorrow.
10. To keep my room clean (and tidy it every Sunday).
Yep! Spent some time cleaning and listening to a podcast.
11. To create and maintain positive study habits.
Did no homework! :(
12. To feel more positive and energetic.

Did plenty today. A long morning workout and heaps of dancing.
3. To spend a little more time outside, being creative and reading.

Was at a debate tonight and between five of us we ate two and a half blocks of chocolate.
