getting healthy and feeling better in semester two

Thanks Coolmate! Yet another productive day working on my goals. I did my workout and had heaps of water. I was super productive and reorganised most of my room and did made some biology notes!
I'm also going to add on some leg workouts with my ab workout, because I think I could be doing more.

No lollies again. And I did my workout. I think that now I'm less tired and stressed I'm just making healthier choices. I also did a little more homework and some more tidying up. I had 1.2L (so almost)...
