English Internal Mark

Hey guys
My english mark is really bad. I'm on 58/100 while my grade average is 70/100. I go to a top selective school where the average hsc mark for English is 87. I'm currently in the bottom 5 of my school. Is it still possible for me to get a decent band 5 (83-86) or am I screwed.
