--- Quote from: J_Rho on October 03, 2019, 08:42:31 am ---1. To drink 2-3L of water a day
I think over the last few weeks I have only achieved this like maybe 1 or 2 days
2. To exercise every day
I haven't been working out only the incidental exercise from work and volunteering
3. To stop eating chocolate and chicken nuggets
Been going well with this one...except yesterday, I baked choc chip cookies  8)
4. To do my skincare routine
yeah Ive been pretty much on top of washing and moisturising my face twice a day
5. Do all my chores every day
Not bad but not good - I've been remembering to do my chores on and off
6. Study every day
Was doing pretty well except for these last 3 days I've lost all motivation to study
7. Wake at 6 am
Been doing this ok, sleeping in a little too often though  :-\

Would I be able to do something crazy? I'd like to overhaul your system temporarily. Feel free to take on board anything or not.
Especially considering the fact that it's the gosh darn holidays (and you deserve to give yourself a lil bit of a break!!) here are my suggested revisions:

1. To drink 1.5-2L of water a day
(if you're not exercising a lot, 3L is a lot!! Then again, it all depends on your body, so whatever works best for you, do it.)
2. To exercise at least 2 set days per week
(Maybe Wednesday and Sunday? Space it all out.)
3. To stop eating chocolate and chicken nuggets
(yeah fair ok, same tbh)
4. To do my skincare routine
(this one is great, give yourself some love every day <3)
5. Do all my chores every week
(allocate days and times for separate chores so they're more spread out; eg. make bed every morning, clean out the dishwasher when required and clean up your room every Tuesday and Saturday)
6. Study 6 days per week
(give yourself a mental break and some breathing space! Maybe use this time to exercise and get out of your usual study space.)
7. Wake at 6 am
(I don't know your schooling situation or your reason for choosing 6 AM, but it's good to find a habit - you can sleep in for up to about half an hour a couple days per week but try to not mess up your sleep schedule too much)

Ill take this on board Poet, Thankya very much I think this might work and then slowly build upon it :)

J_Rho:
1. To drink 2-3L of water a day.
2. Follow an exercise routine
3. Read for an hour before bed
4. Meditate for 15 minutes each day
5. Wake at 6 am and go to sleep at 10 pm

Alrighty so I have NOT been keeping myself accountable or doing anything to contribute to any of my goals which needs to stop. Particularly from just before my Bio exam i just fell into a hole of working, attempting to study and over organising to the point where i never got anything done.
Im going to start this again kind of as a branch of my atar goal. If you have read my VCE Journal you will have seen I have my atar goal and beneath that i have 3 sub goals with objectives

So my first sub goal has got to do with health cause I aint gonna be at my best if im not physically and mentally healthy! So thats why it is my first sub goal! I definitely think i will find it a lot easier to keep myself accountable over the summer holidays then during school terms so hopefully, if i get into a habit now, with work it'll carry through!
Onwards and upwards!
