Polynomial presentation

Hi all,

For the new 3u syllabus, my school has decided that we need to do a presentation on applications of polynomials to real life practical situations. Does anybody have any suggestions I could use? The presentation lasts 4 minutes?

Here are a couple of suggestions that you could focus on for the applications of polynomials to real life:
(1) Finding the displacement of the an object
(2) Used to interpret and forecast market trends
(3) Represents weather patterns
(4) Describes the curves of rollercoaster rides
