Hi guys, just some pointless stressing about study scores, currently am rank 2 in cohort with 8 marks dropped for unit 3 or 92% average. Sac marks dont matter too much but assuming a decent A+ on exam is it still possible for a high 40/50 from rank 2.

Anything is possible if you start now :)

You have a pretty good rank and 1 sac mark is worth less than 1 exam mark, by far. So if you are able to ace the exam, you have the potential to achieve your goal.
