vcaa 2004 exam networks exam 2 NEED HELP!!

basically i can find the crit path, which is part b but i have nooooo idea how on earth to get part a which is filling the blanks in the table. please help!!! i also dont get the rest of the question.
2009 - english, english lit, history revs (french and russian), further maths, psych

I'll start you off by looking at the blank for D.

The completion time for D can be worked out by looking at when B finishes (5 hours minimum) which is also the EST for D. Then have a look at the EST for H (9 hours). This is the earliest that H can start 'cos it cannot commence until D is finished and so D must take 4 hours to complete.

For LST for A, work out the float for A
