going cold turkey and living healthier
(1/1)
Geoo:
So, I have a sugar addiction. A bad one. So I am going cold turkey for one month, to get rid of the cravings, and to then slowly reintroduce back into my diet. I tried to reduce my chocolate, but that kinda didn't work So I am going cold turkey to see what happens.
I have seen this thread, and have been stalking it for a while, so I decided, what better way to stay motivated to give up chocolate, by posting!
Along with quitting sugar, I want to start getting back into walking, and getting into doing regular exercise. Walking is my main thing, and I wan't to build up to walking 14 km a week, but I will be starting with 4 km a week. Starting slow so I don't ware myself out.
I also want to fix my sleep schedule. Currently getting 6-7 hours at the moment, and I should start getting 8-10. So the goal, is to get to sleep at 10.30 -11.00, and wake up at 6.30 -7.30. instead of doing an all nighter, and waking up at 11.
