List the stupid mistakes you make in your exams

I'll start it off:

Correct units
Difference equation on calculator: t1 becomes t0
similiar figures are only similar if all dimensions scale up

i think one of the matrices ones......
you had to figure out From - to
i had it all right
and i corrected the right answer , i even showed the workin out it was right , but i selected wrong one LOL

It's a simple one but check through each of your lines after you've done the problem to make sure a + sign hasn't turned into a - sign or a 's gone missing etc.
