Studying after exams

Is it just me, or do people have trouble studying after you have allready had an exam on that day?

For example after the English Exam, I did a maths practice exam (and this was a few hours later mind you) and I really struggled to stay focused and concentrated. I finished it in an hour and a half when they normally take me one hour tops, and i got 50/60, which is slightly lower than I have been getting.

Im a bit worried now because I have accounting on thursday, and I really need to study after Further on Monday and Wednesday for it.

Does anyone have the same problem, or suggestions for staying focused??

Cheers

I did nothing after the English exam. Went home and played PS3 lol.

But I'm in the same situation as you, I have to study after both of my Methods exams. What usually works for me is getting some exercise after the exam. Nothing vigorous though, just a brisk walk to get some fresh air and a break.

Give that a shot, it should help.

Yeah the day before english I had a massive run and then got ~10-11 hours sleep, kept the fluids up and the English-Spec combo didn't feel draining at all
