Might sound ridiculous but how do you 'respect' someone? Would love to appreciate those who answer my questions, but don't know how lol.

When you see a post, you might notice a grey arrow pointing up, and a grey arrow point down. You can see this on the image below, next to the "0" near the top right:


If you appreciate a post, hit the up arrow! The more upvotes somebody gets, the higher their "respect". :)
