Has anyone done advanced subjects? What are your thoughts?

Example: Linear Algebra: Advanced (MAST10022), Calculus 2: Advanced (MAST10021)

Haven't seen any subject reviews on them so I'm guessing they're not that popular. I wouldn't mind a challenge as I enjoy these subjects but I'm worried they will be too much work or drag my WAM down. Also I'm not sure if they satisfy prerequisites (I'm guessing they do?).

These subjects were only introduced this year as an Advanced stream. Obviously I can’t speak to difficulty, but they’d certainly fulfil the same requirements as Calculus 2 or Linear Algebra would.
