Writing Reports in FM

How to write a page report in FM?? Is there a structure you can follow for every report? I have a sac and part of it requires a "1 page report" and I'm hella stressed.

I would recommend just asking your teacher if they have any report templates to give you.

This is my first post on AN :)

If you would like some specific reports, I can DM you (not sure how...) some templates!
