Time in a pdf

In a pdf you're normally given to generally tell you to draw the graph at zero extending to negative and positive infinity. But what if the x-axis is time? Normally time is only defined for so can you extend your time, even if it is zero, into the past?

since it is only the probability of negative time, not an actual value for negative time, i would say do it as usual. because the probability of something that's impossible is zero. maybe!

I'm not 100% sure but I've encountered a similar question before and the solutions stopped at 0.
