(1/1)

Hey guys dumb and quick question,

So for inverse trig functions, is it more correct to say e.g. arcsin(x) over sin^-1(x) in the exam or is either accepted by examiners and use what is comfortable. I forgot to ask my teacher and I have a sac tomorrow.

Both are fine

undefined:
I prefer to use arcsin to remove any ambiguity as sin^-1(x) can be interpreted as 1/sin(x).
