Question Regarding N-Awards

Husky:
My school forces us to do 12-units so I was wondering, if I get N-Awards in 2 out of the 12 units does it matter? Like in the grand scheme of things (setting aside the schools punishments), will it affect my hsc at all? Will Nesa still give me a hsc and an atar for those 10 units i completed even if i have N-awards in an extra 2 units?
