need help with electric power

hi well i've been doing some exams and there's a question that pops up, find the emf of blah blah
i do it but when i look at the answers, some answer with faraday's law and other's with lenz's law. which do i use?

Lenz's Law determines the direction of the current. If you are just asked for the emf then you only need to use Faraday's Law, since they don't ask you for the direction.
