states in organic chemical reactions (urgent!!)

hi i was wondering if it is wrong to put states into your organic chem reactions (like the ones which involve structural formula). Will i have all my marks deducted if i include wrong states for these equations?

I just had a sac and on the front page they said they would deduct state marks so i decided to put in state marks for the organic chemical reactions i wrote however, im not sure if my states are right.

If the states are wrong will i still be able to gain marks for my equation? or do i lose all my marks?
