What is the lowest mark I can get for GA3 in further to get a 40 SS?

GA1 - 94%

GA2 - 39/40 according to the answers posted here

GA3 - what would be the maximum amount of marks I could have lost today to ensure a 40+ study score?

Maybe roughly 8-9 assuming your sacs maintain around the mid-90s.
