Monash SEAS Calculator

(1/2) > >>

MDFailure:
Hey everyone

Just finished my exams and was wondering how much SEAS I would approximately get based on this SEAS calculator that Monash has on their website. I know everything is very subjective but I guess a rough estimate on what category seriousness I should click based on some of the examples I've listed below for each of the 3 major categories attached + COVID SEAS impact? I get no SEAS for school or location tho.

Financial Disadvantage:
One of my parents are on Family Tax Benefit A and my other parent is on a disability pension.

Medical Condition:
I have been diagnosed with Anxiety by a psychologist and have provided evidence to VTAC already by my psychologist.
My GP has also explained my lack of social ability linked to Social anxiety as evidence to VTAC which I have also attached to the VTAC Seas.
Irritable Bowl Syndrome endorsed by my Doctor.

Difficult Circumstances:
Moved Houses a few times

COVID SEAS:
Lack of access to a quiet working space
Lack of practical equipment for my STEM Subjects

Thanks

ThunderDragon:
Not certain but I think you would put high for Financial disadvantage? Not sure about the other ones though.

sweetiepi:
From my experience with Monash, most Centrelink benefits (including the DSP) put your financial disadvantage at high. This may have changed over the years, but I'm pretty sure it hasn't drastically changed :)

I'm not sure about the other categories, but I believe those are subjective to your own circumstances.

Bri MT:
My guesses:

financial: high
medical: not none but idk where
difficult circumstances: maybe low?
covid: low/medium

Kinda depends on how your SEAS statement outlines the impacts on you too imo but having the documentation from health professionals is great.

MDFailure:
Thanks for the suggestions everyone! Do they tell you your SEAS adjusted ATAR or not rly?
