Repeating 1/2 subject

So I did 1/2 methods in year 10 (2020) and got a S in unit 1 and N in unit 2. I decided to repeat methods in year 11 but I was wondering if the S from year 10 would still count as one of the 16 needed.

Yes, it does (as far as I know).
