Social factors relate to people and relationships. Technical factors are affected by technology and equipment. Economic factors relate to money. Operational factors relate to procedures

Economic factors also include non-monetary factors; for example, whether implementing a new system will add sufficient value (note, value can take many forms - have a look at Porter's value chain if you're interested) for the cost invested.

Operational factors also include influences of the customer-business interaction, staffing levels / skill sets and stuff like that.
