Bound Reference Exam 2

Hey all,

This weekend I am hoping to complete my actual bound reference for methods as I have been using my textbook all year but have found that I am spending too much time looking for the exact thing I need during practice exams. Everyone online says that you shouldn't even touch your bound reference during the exam but there is no way I can memorise every formula for very question that might turn up.

I am thinking of creating a book with chapter summaries in it as well as examples of past exam questions, what is everyone else doing for their bound? And am I approaching it the wrong way?

Hey there,

This close to the exam, I think it's best that you focus on solving questions rather than preparing notes. Although making a bound reference can be useful revision, it is a very time intensive task, and probably not the best use of your time at this stage. A textbook actually can work great as a bound reference, and should contain everything you need to know. Don't worry about "what everyone else is doing". Just find what works best for you, and stick to it! Everyone has their own preferred method of studying

It is even better to do timed practice exams and use that textbook.
