what are some good recent changes to make the legal system more effective, so far i have koori court, magistrates court jursidictions, pro bono secondment scheme (is that recent enough) and greater use of ADR,

any other good ones people would like to share? and is the pro bono help still relevant?

they usually ask, give an example of a recent change to the legal system? and they may ask evaluate its effectiveness and how its enhanced it or something like that.

koori childrens court
koori drug court

err
county has increased civil jurisdiction
indictable offences heard summarily - to access timely resoulutions of disputes ( ultimately reduce delays)

cases : Boris Beljajev - was kept almost 6 years in remand due to delays in the legal system
