why is it that these answers are give are like 110% perfect +

there is all the hidden stuff . like eg 08 exam , the case study talks about closing down plant, nothing about relocating...
why is there an assumption that there will be another plant opening  :idiot2:

I don't have the 08 exam paper in front of me but from what I recall it states that the L.S.O has other plants in Bendigo or Ballarat or something. It would be logical to offer up an answer stating possible relocation to an existing plant. This is what the examiners want you to do, apply the knowledge you have learnt across the whole course to different responses.

I would disagree that there are hidden answers. You have to come to conclusions based on the stimulus material. Remember how ever that you can use strategies/key knowledge from the whole course in responding to the specific question.

before you start that exam paper, after reading time. get a pink/purple pen and write the amount of marks for each Q so when you lookk at it you'll remember

say a question was like define and distinguish the diff between centralised and decentralised approach and name a type of enterprise agreement. 4 marks you can get max

1mark for defining each, distinguish each the difference like one is negotiated at industry level and one at workplace level.[another mark here], link back to the decentralised and name that enterprise agreement which is possibly AWAs. [another mark]

like. put the number 2 on define, 1 on distinguish , 1 on name. by the time you look at the question it should only take you 10seconds to remember what its asking for due to it still being retained in your short term memory as you'll recognise it. god i love psychology LOL.

this whole process takes me 1-3minutes, depending on the extent of the questions or i get confused at times.

120 minutes, 3minutes isn't that long. i am pretty sure everyone finishes early in the bm exam. so no time is lost .

Nah, i guess im just being cautious. I did the 08 VCAA exam fully timed today and finished with 17 minutes left, but I had already done that exam like ages ago so one or two questions clicked, which wouldn't happen in the real exam.
