I really think you should look at the matching of colours. Look at how dark the logo is compared to the forum's default theme:
It's the most amateur attempt of graphic designing. And get rid of the SMF logo on the right.
Good enough that he can make userbars, AppleXY I don't think you should be transferring that confidence over to web design elements

She wasn't trying to publically humiliate Prav, if directed at anyone it was yourself, but nice way to try and shift the onus to get people on your side.
BACK ON TOPIC I couldn't care less about the aesthetics of some stupid banner, but it's too big and I don't like having to scroll so much. cool
