Some poll controversy

<< < (8/9) > >>

Collin Li:
I have already told you that it is not unnecessary. It proves a point and it will not make someone else wonder "maybe there is a quiet yes vote!"

Don't delete the thread. Threads progress and diverge, like this one, and this argument has a wealth of knowledge.

What do you mean?

--- Quote from: enwiabe on January 29, 2008, 05:54:38 pm ---Toothpick said it herself that the point of this thread was to prove me wrong about the approval rating of the logo. This has been done, and I see no reason for it to be left up.

--- End quote ---

Collin Li:
How do you think I feel that my perfectly legitimate defence of private polling is going to be deleted? I think this argument has merits, and should not be deleted.

enwiabe:

Hence, coming back to the point that it's

1) off topic
2) a spat
3) unnecessary

Collin Li:
1) off-topic
This thread has progressed and diverged like any other thread. This is typical thread evolution, and the arguments on it have some merit, and are worth keeping. At worst, just close the thread.

2) a spat
Not sure what you mean.

3) unnecessary
It proves a point and it will not make someone else wonder "maybe there is a quiet yes vote!"
