Backup scientiffic calculator

are u allowed to bring in 2 scientiffic calcs to the chem/physics exam, 1 as backup?
andd  are u allowed to bring 3 or 4 or 5 in??( this is a bit extreme lol-just curious, in case all the other ones screw up)

Yeah Im pretty sure you can bring 2. Don't bring 4 or 5 lol, because then they will get suspicious.

The exam booklet says "one scientific calculator" but you can generally bring in two. They'll ask for it to be put on the floor or on the side of the table. I think any more than 2 is a bit extreme but maybe if you place it on "their" table, then they might be ok with it.

Yeah, I remember a guy brought in 5 scientific calculators and the examiners looked at him and laughed.  Then they just said to keep one and put the other 4 on their table and that if he ever needed the other 4, he just needed to raise his hand.

Nah we weren't allowed to bring 2 - only one unfortunately. I just changed the battery of mine about 3-4 days in advance. I used a Casio one, so changing the battery in an exam would be stressful as there are heaps of screws to take out.

We were allowed to request for a spare if our own calculator died out.

Nah the sad thing is, I bought mine in Feb this year and it died three days before my Chem exam. Had to go and buy one immediately... =(
