A young child uses coloured blocks to build a "toy car". The child uses 2 red blocks and 3 blue blocks to carry out this task. The formation of a "toy car" could be written symbolically as follows"

(toy car)

Suppose the child had 20 blue blocks and 30 red blocks. What is the maximum number of complete "toy cars" that the child could make?

A) 6
B) 10
C) 15
D) 20

Please explaing your reasoning.

A.
the kid has enough red blocks (30/2) for 15 cars but only enough blue blocks for 6 (20/3).
The number of "toy cars" that can be made is limited by the number of blue blocks available. (I think)
