look at course guides, they tell you
2008: KLD young scholar
VCE 2009: Psychology
VCE 2010: Methods (CAS), Specialist Maths, Chemistry, Physics and Literature

2011: Bachelor of commerce/science at monash

Quickest answer - AFAIK, all _undergraduate_ med, dent, and "other" health sciences (physio, pharm etc) require UMAT, with a few exceptions. (Veterinary medicine doesn't, sorry if that was obvious!)

More specifically, the only exceptions to this are in individual universities' requirements. Off the top of my head, JCU requires no UMAT for med or dent, and La Trobe no UMAT for dent. No graduate entry programme requires UMAT.
