Are the examiner reports the answers examiners really want?

Some examiner reports seems really brief and less detailed than what someone would write on the exam. Is this what they really expect? i.e. we should follow the examiner reports answers

I think so. They're more useful as they tell you the mistakes commonly made - helps you avoid making them. I think they're sometimes too brief though - depends on the subject.
Raw Scores:
Psychology 50 | Mathematical Methods 49 | Further Mathematics 49 | Accounting 49 | Chemistry 44 | English 43

Yeah they are brief but they generally show the key points required. You would probably give a bit more detail to be safe (doesn't hurt to show off your knowledge, as long as you don't contradict yourself).

In the essays they give us as "good examples", do you think they would be 9 - 10/10 quality, or a bit less? Would VCAA even give us 10/10 essays?

It's generally an 8/10 essay - not quite a 10/10.

Ask people who score 46-50 to share their work.  Generally it'll be 9-10 quality.
