Could someone suggest a suitable word count for one entire general conversation document, and one entire detailed study document?

I think my documents are getting too big >.<, 9000 words for each and only about 60% done.

The bigger the fishing net is, the more fish you are likely to get. Similarly, the more questions and responses you can think of, the more likely you are going to ace (or ace plus) this exam.

So, don't worry too much about creating a lengthy document. You are indeed on the way of blitzing the oral, provided that you are also prepared to practise the conversation verbally on a regular basis :)
well the limit can turn into a threshold..

remember that you're probably not going to use most of it - prepare away, but make sure you don't rely on your prepared material - use it as a bank and a confidence boost, but be prepared (and able!) to improvise as well.
