Further holiday homework

I didn't do further this year, and I want to finish the 3/4 course before school starts. This question looked simple at first, but I actually have no idea what to do, lol. Can you explain what to do and help me?

For the following data set, find:
i. the mean
ii. the standard deviation
iii. the range
iv. the IQR
v. the median

A check was made of the speed of cars travelling on a particular stretch of road.

For (i), I did:
= 60.51
Was that even the right way to do this type of question or was that a lucky guess, cos thats the right answer :S

Thats how you'd do it.
NOTE: 60.51 probably wouldnt be the mean if you had exact numbers though. ie. if it was a stem plot.
Most questions you can pretty much do in your head. The methods are pretty logical/basic.

Yeah I wasted a lot of time in the general maths exams cause I had no idea how to use my calculator. Teacher recommends you put the graph into the calculator and itll give you the answer to all 5 instantly. I better get to know my calculator.

Good question. Its hard to do on paper and lengthy. The teacher will 100 times out of 100 will tell you to put the graph into your calculator and then perform some task and the answer to all five will be calculated for you instantaneously.

Wellll, I've just started, lol. Umm, there's a total of 6 chapters all year, I think and I'm halfway through chapter 1, haha. So I haven't done much. Hoping to finish the course in the next two weeks? Oh you're doing further too. Have you started?
