Your scaling for SL will be based on the scaling in 2009. This is because the scaling is always based on the year you completed the subject.
However, /0 was complaining that his Methods score was scaled with this year's cohort, despite completing Methods in 2008. So maybe there was a mistake there, perhaps?
Despite this, VTAC will say:
--- Quote ---VCE studies are always scaled in the year in which they were undertaken (this may not necessarily be in the year in which you receive your ENTER).
--- End quote ---
This is according to the ABC of Scaling pdf booklet.
--- End quote ---
Hmm Chinese SLA I know for sure was scaled according to this years. I am unsure of SL though.
--- End quote ---
It should have been scaled according to last year's cohort since you did it last year. Maybe VTAC is lying.... :o
--- End quote ---
Hmmm, I dono my scaled score was different to the the ENTER Calc's for last year, teacher at school also said it was scaled according to this years when I asked him last year.

Weird. Have you contacted VTAC about this if it is a large discrepancy?

Nah, it is higher than last year's by ~0.1 or so, so I'm happy :P

All the RAW scores I've put into the ENTER calculator end up with scaled scores which are 0.1-0.2 below the actual scaled score. E.g. 49 Physics scales to 49.4 in the calculator when it actually scales to 49.58.

Doesn't scaling depend on where you sit within the range of study scores?
